Universal Hobbies Have Released Their Latest 1:32 Farm Models
It's a new year, and what does that mean? New Models! Universal Hobbies are first out the blocks this year. 7 new 1:32 models, from 4 tractor manufacturers. The new models will be arriving at Agri Scale Models in late January / early February. But you can ensure you wont miss out - you can pre-order now! So what's the line up? Let's have a look...
Universal Hobbies 1:32 Massey Ferguson 9S.425 Model Tractor
This ones a biggie. This is a model which is currently only owned by those lucky enough to get an Agritechnica edition. The Massey Ferguson 9S.425 is a completely new tractor from Massey. The Massey Ferguson is designed in neo-retro external design which reflects former models. Its cab is one of the quietest on the market and offers all round visibility. This tractor has the Dyna-VT CVT transmission, and is powered by a maximum 425hp AGCO Power 6 cylinder, 8.4 Litre engine.
This model has some brilliant features and is constructed from a total of 130 parts. Firstly this tractor features the new central tyre inflation system. Secondly the tractor has a seperatly made GPS receiver on the cab roof as well as the usual detail and quality of previous Universal Hobbies models.

Universal Hobbies 1:32 Case IH Puma 260 CVXDrive Model Tractor
Let's stick with the red machines for the next new farm model. Universal Hobbies are certainly not new to Case IH models. This is one of the latest tractors from Case IH - the Puma 260 CVXDrive. There are 2 striking changes to this new series of the Case IH Puma - the newly designed bonnet and the new position of the beacons on the cab. Case IH describe this tractor as "been designed to offer you more power, more comfort and more automation while keeping operating costs in check and with more uptime in the field". With a total of 122 parts, this highly detailed model is one not to miss!

Universal Hobbies 1:32 New Holland T7.300 Model Tractor
This model tractor comes in 2 variations - standard New Holland Blue, and "Blue Power" blue.
Here is the latest version of New Holland's T7 series tractors - the New Holland T7.300 Auto Command. This tractor is a part of New Holland's new T7 LWB (Long Wheel Base) tractors with PLM (Precision Land Management) Intelligence Technology. This allows the operator to use the advanced in-cab IntelliView™ 12 display for guidance, field mapping, information sharing and fleet management. 2 obvious changes from previous models is the positioning of the cab beacons, updated bonnet decals and the precise can interior featuring branding on the seats.

Deutz Fahr describe the this tractor as standing out "for its superior reliability and comfort". This 247hp tractor is perfect for the arable farm diorama. The Universal Hobbies Deutz-Fahr 7250 TTV is made up of 125 parts and includes detailes such as new side hood panels, new GPS in a separate part, new rear warning panels, new tank, new step and rear fender protection, new exhaust pipe, new headlights and headlight brackets, new seat, new dashboard and new rear wheel weight.

Universal Hobbies 1:32 Deutz-Fahr 8280 TTV Model Tractor
Deutz Fahr describe the this tractor as "a reliable, powerful and fully connected working machine with the perfect technology mix for professional farmers and contractors". Being a larger machine at 280hp, this tractor would be perfectly suited to a 6m cultivator such as the ROS Bednar Swifter.
The Universal Hobbies Deutz-Fahr 8280 TTV is made up of 141 parts, and features folding mirror and side markers.

Universal Hobbies 1:32 Deutz-Fahr 6150.4 RV SHIFT Model Tractor
Here we have the smallest of the Deutz-Fahr models released by Universal Hobbies. Deutz Fahr describe the this tractor as "a cross farming tractor". The Universal Hobbies Deutz-Fahr 6150.4 RV SHIFT is a great model for a mixed or livestock orientated diorama. Or even couple up to a smaller implement such as a tedder, rake or small mower.
This model is made up of 129 pieces and features folding mirrors, a highly detailed interior and front linkage.
